This book was shipped to me by Amazon in May of 2007, packed into a box

unopened at my apartment, moved into the Stately Manor, never unpacked,

opened, or even remembered as it was moved again and again. I just found

it, in original Amazon packaging, five minutes ago, at the bottom of the

pile of things to organize in my new office.
